Ways to Buy Items Needed Directly

  • Art Studio Registry

The Alfano Arts on Medicine Program relies on art supply donations. Below is the link to purchase items requested by the Director. Supplies ship directly to the Studio.

  • Outpatient Clinic Toy Registry

The Oncology Outpatient is open 5 days a week handling over 100 patients a week, ages 0-22 years old. They are in constant need of toys to help kids during their clinic visit.

  • Inpatient Toy Registry

The Oncology Inpatient is open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day taking care of kids who need round the clock care. New toys are great to help the staff keep the kids busy while they are stuck in their rooms. Also needed is decorative kids bandaids and feeding tube tape.

  • Outpatient Clinic Snacks and Treats

Spending many hours in clinic can lead to very hungry kids. We send all types of snacks so the kids have a chance to eat throughout their treatment.

Sunrise Day Camp Ice Cream Day

Sunrise Day Camp is for children battling cancer and their siblings. This camp is completely free and relies on donation to keep it going. One way we support the camp is we bring an ice cream truck to camp! All the campers and staff get a free ice cream. We currently do this once a summer. We would like to make this happen more throughout the summer.

Grace's Holiday in July

Every July we take over the conference room at Columbia Presbyterian’s Pediatric Oncology, Hematology, and Transplantation Unit’s Conference room and turn it into a giant Toy Store! Through generous donations that we receive throughout the year, and especially in June and July, we set up this event for the child of the unit. We give out toys and crafts to children and their siblings. We have been fortunate enough to give toys to inpatient and clinic patients, stock the inpatient and clinic toy cabinets, and give out toys to other divisions in the children’s hospital.

You can purchase a new toy directly from our registry, mail a new toy to our organization, or drop off at our home.
